Next up on the revival train: NBC's 2005 super-hit The Office.

According to TV Line, the network is considering a revival of the workplace comedy for the 2018-2019 season.

Spoiler alert: Although the show will once again be set at Dunder Mifflin's Scranton, Pennsylvania, branch, Steve Carell, who played Michael Scott for seven of the show's nine seasons, will not be involved in the production. Other old cast members will supposedly star in it alongside a mix of new characters.

NBC itself declined to comment on TV Line's report but, back in August (on the heels of the network's relaunch of Will & Grace), NBC president Bob Greenblatt had revealed that he was hoping in a revival of The Office. "We often talk about The Office," he told Deadline at the time. "I've talked to Greg [Daniels] four times over the past few years. It's always, 'Maybe someday, but not now.' There is certainly an open invitation but we don't have anything happening right now. If he wants to do it, I would do it."

Go ahead and start binge-watching the show's 201 episodes on Netflix right now.
