If you’ve ever left your phone in the back of an Uber, you’re far from alone—but what does it take to forget ten live lobsters? It's true, from a mannequin head and two mattresses to boiled eggs and a traffic cone, passengers have reported some very interesting items left behind. You can see all these unique items plus the most commonly forgotten stuff, the most forgetful cities, the most forgetful times of day and more, because Uber just dropped its 2025 Lost & Found Index

The Index is a roundup of the wildest, weirdest and most common things riders left behind this past year. In addition to the usual suspects—the most commonly forgotten items were phones, wallets, keys and luggageriders have reported dozens of bizarre items that they somehow forgot, like a Ghostbusters ghost trap and a five-gallon bucket of beans. Uber even reports a few actual lost and found trends, from pickleball equipment and Disney merch to Apple products and teeth of all kinds. The weirdest forgotten food items include half-eaten sushi, crab legs, banana pudding and a whopping 175 hamburger sliders.
