Feel a little left out when everyone's having a great time somewhere on TikTok and you're well, not there? Now's your chance to get in on the action.

Social media company Ayrshare compiled a list of the United States' top spring break destinations, analyzing the number of views with each city’s hashtag to create an official Spring Break TikTok ranking. If you want to party with Gen Z, this is where they'll be.

The most popular spring break destination in this list is Houston, Texas, thanks to 4.8 billion views on TikTok, more than double any of the other destinations. With average spring temperatures nearing 80 degrees, plus several colleges in the city and dozens more within a few hours, it's easy to see how Texas' most populous city tops the list. And it's only second to Austin, a spring break hotspot with 2.3 billion views on TikTok. In third place is Washington D.C., likely thanks to the annual spring cherry blossoms, and the city's high density of colleges and universities.

Also on the top 10 list are Orlando, Myrtle Beach, Denver, Portland, Charleston, Los Angeles and Seattle. If you want to post viral content, these may be the best spots to plan a spring break at.

Whether you're in it for the sunshine and pool parties, eager to hike or just want to explore a new city, these top destinations offer it all, no FOMO required.
