The cities with the most affordable hotels in February, based on average nightly rates, are Kissimmee ($131), Houston ($137), Chicago ($149), San Antonio ($152), Denver ($153), Charlotte ($156), Galveston ($163), Seattle ($164), San Francisco ($189) and San Diego ($190). The cheapest round trip flights can be found in these destinations: New York City ($217), Chicago ($220), Washington, D.C. ($239), Denver ($242), Seattle ($244), Atlanta ($245), Fort Lauderdale ($256), Tampa ($260), Orlando ($267) and San Francisco ($268).
