Traveling between the Northeast and Florida doesn’t have to mean white-knuckling it for nearly 900 miles on I-95. Thanks to Amtrak’s Auto Train Flash Sale, you can skip the stress, relax in comfort and save big while you’re at it. With fares starting at just $39 for adults (plus the cost of your vehicle), this limited-time offer is the perfect excuse to let someone else handle the driving. But don’t wait—the sale ends Wednesday, November 27.

The Auto Train offers daily, non-stop service between Lorton, VA (near Washington, D.C.) and Sanford, FL (just outside Orlando). It’s the only train in the U.S. that allows you to bring your car, SUV, motorcycle or even jet ski along for the ride, so you can enjoy the convenience of having your own vehicle waiting for you when you arrive. Kids ages 2–12 can also travel for half price, making it an affordable option for families.

For travelers heading south, this deal is valid on trips from Lorton to Sanford from January 16 through June 30, 2025. Those going north from Sanford to Lorton can take advantage of the sale for trips between December 2, 2024, and March 26, 2025.

To make your journey even smoother, Amtrak has adjusted the Auto Train’s schedule, with departures now set for 4pm instead of 5pm, arriving the next morning at 8:59am.

Say goodbye to the headaches of long drives and hello to a more relaxing way to travel. Book your tickets before November 27 and get ready to cruise through your next journey in style. Visit Amtrak.com to snag your spot.
