Air Canada (which just added a batch of electric planes to its fleet) compiles the list annually via its enRoute magazine. This year's list is full of innovative news eateries worthy of a getaway. 1. Restaurant 20 Victoria, Toronto
The team from pandemic-closed Brothers Food & Wine offer fast and casual six-course tasting menus.
