Over the past two weeks, a slew of big-deal artists have taken to the web to provide fans with stripped-down sets from their respective houses. (If you're looking for an up-to-date rundown of the best virtual gigs that are on the horizon, as well as past favorites, check out our continually updated list of live-streaming concerts and DJ parties.) On Sunday night, you can tune in to the glitziest showcase of heavy-hitting musicians yet during the iHeartRadio Living Room Concert for America. The broadcasted event, which is hosted by Elton John, goes down at 9pm ET and airs on Fox and streams on iHeartRadio’s app. These are the stars who plan to play the hits from, yes, their living rooms: Alicia Keys (a past Time Out New York cover star), Backstreet Boys, Billie Eilish, Billie Joe Armstrong, Mariah Carey and Tim McGraw.
Per iHeartRadio's announcement, "the performances will be filmed with their own personal cell phone cameras and audio equipment to insure the safety of everyone involved." What's more, the commercial-free engagement is a benefit concert, so act accordingly. During the broadcast, please consider giving to the following orgs, which support victims and responders of the current pandemic: Feeding America and First Responders Children's Foundation.
