Shark Week 2020—the 32nd installment of the Discovery Channel's yearly franchise dedicated to the predator of the sea—is almost upon us. The festivities kick off this upcoming Sunday, August 9, and run through August 16.
Expect to dive into (see what we did there?) 24 specials about sharks, some of them even featuring celebrity guest stars the likes of Mike Tyson, Will Smith and Shaquille O'Neal.
In addition to recognizable faces, we're excited about an Air Jaws 20th anniversary special, a show about great whites narrated by the one-and-only Snoop and Tiger Shark King, an in-depth investigation of a creature attacking tiger sharks, led by Dr. Austin Gallagher.
