Dunkin' Donuts is celebrating National Coffee Day—or National Dunkin' Day, depending on who you ask—and they're giving away free hot and iced coffees to customers today and today only. Who doesn't like grabbing a freebie?
Customers can grab one medium cup of piping hot or frosty iced coffee today for free, so long as they purchase something during their visit. Free coffees come at one per customer, and customers will need to go in-person to grab one; the company says it won't be available with delivery or guest checkout, and free coffees can't be combined with other offers.
The company celebrates National Coffee Day every year on September 29, and this year's no exception—thankfully. Krispy Kreme is also partaking in the caffeinated festivities today with free cups of coffee, but only Krispy Kreme Rewards members can grab a free donut alongside their free cup of coffee.
For anyone who prefers Dunkin' Donuts menu items like cold brew coffees and nitro cold brew, they're out of luck. Extras like flavor shots, add-on espresso shots and using alternatives to dairy will likely cost coffee fans a bit more.
