Late last night, Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden delivered a speech in Wilmington, Delaware, while states have yet to finish counting votes.

"Your patience is commendable," said the former Vice President. "I'm here to tell you tonight that I believe we're on track to win this election. We knew because of the unprecedented mail-in vote that it was going to take a while. We're going to have to be patient. It ain't over until every vote is counted, until every ballot is counted. But we're feeling good about where we are."
