We must admit that out of all the "get paid to watch this" promotions we've seen so far, this sounds the least exciting and most time-consuming. Yet, getting some cash to sit back, relax and binge-watch a series of awesome films is always worthy of our attention.
Consulting company LeadMD is currently offering would-be entrepreneurs $1,000 to "analyze business movies and identify the common good and bad practices of these legendary companies."
For each film you watch, you'll be asked to fill out a worksheet that includes questions the likes of: was the business featured in the movie a success? What are the best business practices that the production highlighted?
Although virtually anyone is free to apply for the position, ideal candidates should display a passion for both movies and business in addition to a strong attention to detail. Also: you must be 18-year-old or older to participate.
You've got until August 30 to submit your application right here. The winner will be notified by September 30 and have until October 30 to complete the assignment.
One more thing: in addition to the 12 movies, you'll also have to listen to one LeadMD podcast of your choice. Sounds easy enough, right?
Here are the films on the roster:
1. The Big Short
2. Joy
3. The Social Network
4. Moneyball
5. Intern
6. Jobs
7. Enron
8. Jerry Maguire
9. The Devil Wears Prada
10. The Founder
11. Wall Street
12. Erin Brockovich
