Krispy Kreme is celebrating 87 years in business by offering customers a sweet doughnut deal. This Friday, July 12, get a dozen doughnuts for just 87 cents.

The doughnut chain has been in business since 1937, when Vernon Rudolph started selling his doughnuts in grocery stores. As we all know, Krispy Kreme is now beloved across the nation (and the world) for its hot, fresh doughnuts in a variety of flavors.

“Treating our fans on our birthday is a long-time tradition,” said Dave Skena, Global Chief Brand Officer for Krispy Kreme, in a press release.

Head to your favorite Krispy Kreme this Friday to get a dozen glazed doughnuts for 87 cents with the purchase of any dozen at regular price. Customers are limited to two 87-cent dozens when purchasing in-store or in the drive-through, one dozen when ordering online for delivery. If you order online, use code BDAY.

July is a big month for Krispy Kreme as the chain is also celebrating Independence Day all month. Rewards members can get a free specialty doughnut—a different flavor from a specialty collection each week—every Tuesday and free coffee every Friday. Flavors will be revealed each week via social media. If you missed it, July 9 featured free doughnuts from the Kit Kat collection.
