Night owls and early risers can save big with Amtrak’s Night Owl fares, and the discounts are now available on even more routes on the Northeast Corridor. Savvy travelers know that off-peak times mean great deals, and these Amtrak fares are no exception.

Night Owl fares—introduced earlier this year—are available for rides between 7pm and 7am, and cost an unbeatable $5-$20 for destinations between NYC and Washington, D.C. These tickets include all the same standard Amtrak coach services and amenities but for much, much less.

The promotion initially included stops in New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington, D.C. Amtrak has now added select segments between New York and Boston. A Night Owl fare between New York and Washington is just $20, as is travel from New York to Boston. Travel between New York and Philadelphia for just $10, New York and Baltimore for $15 and New York and Newark for a mere $5.

If late-night or early-morning travel is not your jam, choose the quiet car to sneak in a nap. The convenience of train travel makes up for odd hours, and you can even bring up to four bags with you.

Check out the full list of the routes and prices for Amtrak’s Night Owl Fares on the Amtrak website.
