If you can’t get enough of fluffy pancakes dripping in melted butter and hot syrup then you’re in luck. IHOP is bringing back its beloved all-you-can-eat pancake deal, but for a limited time only.

The sweet pancake deal returned to menus on July 29 and will be available through September 15. That’s just short of two months to enjoy all the fluffy buttermilk pancakes your heart (and stomach) desires. Even better, IHOP is giving you a change to get an all-you-can-eat short stack for free.

Your first option to indulge in unlimited pancakes is the good old-fashioned way: a full stack of five buttermilk pancakes is just $5. Extra pancakes come out two at a time. If you want a heartier breakfast, purchase any breakfast combo—like steak and eggs or a breakfast sampler—and you can get a short stack of all-you-can-eat pancakes for free.

Both deals include buttermilk pancakes only, no flavors. IHOP recently kicked off its Pancake of the Month program i nJuly, launching with a patriotic Fresh Red, White and Blueberry pancake, topped with blueberries, strawberries and whipped cream. The pancake of the month for August will be filled with Lemon Oreo cookie bits and topped with a cheesecake mousse and whipped cream.

To take advantage of the all-you-can-eat deal on classic buttermilk pancakes, get to your local IHOP before September 15.
