Alaska Airlines has partnered with secure identity company CLEAR to offer preferential pricing on an annual CLEAR Plus membership. Even better, Elite Mileage Plan members will get bonus miles when signing up and every year they renew.
A CLEAR Plus membership gets you through security faster by verifying your identity via fingerprint or eye scan—no need to pull out your ID. You also get escorted like a boss through TSA, skipping the line. The service typically costs $189 a year, but Alaska Mileage Plan members can get it for $179. You can share the wealth too: Mileage Plan members who join CLEAR Plus can add up to three family members or even friends to their account for $70 each.
