Still dithering about whether to go on that dream European rail trip? Here’s something to motivate you to get booking: Eurostar currently has a flash sale on, with the cross-Channel rail operator offering cut-price tickets to several big-ticket Euro destinations.

Eurostar is currently flogging one-way tickets between London and Paris, Lille and Brussels for just £35. For context, you can expect to pay pretty much double that (and much more) on a typical non-sale day.

The sale is valid for travel between June 3 and July 18, so it’s ideal for last-minute getaways – and, if you opt for Paris, to soak up the French capital’s Olympic fever before the events actually kick off (on July 26).

Sound good? You’ll have to act quick – very quick. The sale only lasts until 11pm tomorrow, Thursday May 26.

You can book and check availability on the Eurostar website here.
