There’s only a couple of days left before Glastonbury 2023 kicks into gear, and if you’re lucky enough to have got your hands on one of those prized tickets, you’ll probably have spent the last weekend scrambling to prepare. Bucket hats or ponchos? Wellies or trainers? Suncream or hoodies?
We all know that no amount of preparation will properly save you from the unpredictable British weather, but by looking at the forecast, we reckon that packing for both rain and sunshine will probably be the best shout. The current Met Office forecast is predicting high temperatures as well as showers for Worthy Farm this week, with blue skies likely by Sunday (just in time for Elton John).
Lizzo, Arctic Monkeys, Lana del Rey, and heaps more acts are all planned to play the festival this week – as well as a handful of mysterious secret sets. So, if you’re keen to not let the weather ruin your fun, read on.

Wednesday 21 June: sunny changing to light showers by late morning. Predicted highs of 22 degrees.
Thursday 22 June: sunny intervals changing to light showers in the afternoon. Predicted highs of 23 degrees.
Friday 23 June: cloudy changing to sunny intervals by early evening. Highs of 23 degrees.
Saturday 24 June: cloudy changing to sunny intervals by late morning. Highs of 24 degrees.
Sunday 25 June: sunny, with high UV and highs of 25 degrees.
