Dads across the country are going crazy and sales of Stone Island parkas have probably gone through the roof. That’s right: the impossible has been made possible. Oasis have announced a reunion tour. Noel and Liam will reunite after 15 years of some of the world’s most historic beef – let’s just pray they don’t start scrapping on stage.

The bros will play 17 stadium shows, hitting up London, Manchester, Cardiff, Edinburgh and Dublin. There’s going to be unprecedented demand for the tour, so you need to arm yourself with as much information as possible to be in hope of scoring a coveted ticket. Here’s everything you need to know about Oasis tickets.

When and what time do Oasis tickets go on sale?

Set those alarms. Oasis tickets go on sale at 9am BST on Saturday, August 31

Pre-sale details

Fans were able to sign up to enter a pre-sale ballot, but that closed at 7pm on Wednesday. If you’re successful in the ballot you’ll be emailed a presale link on Friday morning. This doesn’t guarantee tickets, but gives lucky winners the chance to buy their tickets ahead of the general sale.

If you missed out, good luck in the general sale.

In Cardiff and Edinburgh, tickets also start at around £74 but in the band’s hometown of Manchester they start at £148.50, with only standing available.

What are the odds of getting an Oasis ticket?

Lots of people are likely to be disappointed in the battle for Oasis tickets. According to AceOdds, the probability of getting your hands on a ticket sits at around 5.6 percent, assuming all 21.6 million of their Spotify listeners attempt to buy one.

Glastonbury rumours

Ever since they announced the reunion, rumours of the brothers headlining Glastonbury have gone wild. Sadly, it’s not looking likely. The band shut down the speculation with a post on Instagram yesterday.

‘Despite media speculation, Oasis will not be playing Glastonbury 2025 or any other festivals next year,’ the post said. ‘The only way to see the band perform will be on their Oasis Live '25 World Tour.’

Why did Oasis originally break up?

Noel and Liam Gallagher have been feuding for decades. The duo called it quits when things came to a head in 2009, although they hadn’t been getting along for a while before then. It’s too long to go into all the details here, but a deep rivalry between the brothers led to years of insults and infighting, before they eventually broke up the band.

Will they release new music?

Probably not. They might be playing together live again, but it looks like it’s going to be the old hits only. Don’t expect new music from Oasis any time soon.
