Ever dreamed of watching all of the latest rom-coms, horror movies and blockbusters in your very own underground cinema? You’d think that kind of thing would be reserved for the rich and famous – but now, there’s a chance to make that a reality at a relatively affordable price.
A two-bed apartment in Nottingham is on sale now and features a ‘private cave cinema room’ complete with a bunch of comfy seating and a wine cooler. The room has been hand-carved into sandstone within one of the city’s caves.
The property has actually been on sale since February but the current owners recently cut the price down from £325,000 to £300,000.
According to FHP Living, the ‘spectacular tri-plex apartment offers a mixture of city centre convenience, modern fittings and beautiful architecture’ and ‘has to been seen to be truly appreciated’.
Across the rest of the flat there’s a modern, fully fitted kitchen, a large bright lounge with a hidden wall panel leading to a secret study and a bathroom with underfloor heating and a Bluetooth speaker mirror. The bathroom also has a swanky jacuzzi spa bath and it’s own TV (perfect for those who need to be watching tele 24/7).
Here’s a look inside the place. You can see the full listing over on Zoopla.
