Stuck in a dead-end job and fancy a change of scene? Glassdoor’s annual ranking of the best places to work in the UK has just dropped – and it may well help you out on your search.
The jobs site analysed five different criteria across dozens of major firms, including work-life balance, a good team and culture, great pay and perks, strong leadership and good career growth.
While household names such as Google, Microsoft and even Heathrow Airport featured on the list, taking the crown was management consultancy Bain and Company, scoring 4.7 out of 5.
In second place was software provider ServiceNow (who took the top spot in 2021), closely followed by another consulting firm, the Boston Consulting Group.
