These are Rightmove’s most-viewed properties of 2022

The cheapest home on the list cost £4 million, while the most expensive was £35 million

Perusing Rightmove and imagining a life of property ownership is par for the course for many of us unable to get on the ladder. 

And whether or not people are making genuine enquiries about them, some homes are being viewed far, far more than others. And guess what, they’re all really big and impressive ones. So without further ado – you all want to see them – here are Rightmove’s top five most-viewed properties of 2022.

1. Wiltshire – £5 million

Naturally, the most-viewed property is this eight-bedroom Grade II-listed manor in Chippenham, Wiltshire. Luckington Court happened to be where the TV adaptation of Pride and Prejudice starring Colin Firth was filmed in 1995.

2. Highgate, North London – £35 million

This stunning mansion was one of the most expensive homes available on Rightmove this year, with an eye-watering price tag of £35 million. The North London home has six bedrooms, a huge indoor pool and epic views over Hampstead Heath from the top floor.

3. Cornwall – £4 million

This five-bedroom Cornwall home was the third most-viewed property of the year. It features a gym and at-home cinema, plus an outdoor hot tub.

4. Altrincham, Manchester – £4.25 million

You can find this modern monochrome home in the village of Hale Barns, near Altrincham in Greater Manchester. It boasts five bedrooms.

5. Totteridge, London – £19.9 million

This vast mansion features a private six-hole golf course, a ten-pin bowling lane and a heated swimming pool. The eight-bedroom property sits on 11.5 acres of land.
