Parklife 2024: timings, tickets and everything you need to know

Festival season is officially upon us. From now until September, every weekending your social media feed will become a slew of photos of friends/coworkers/people you went to school with smiling widely, glitter on face and drink in hand. This Friday, the place to be (if you aren't at Murrayfield welcoming Ms. Swift to the UK) is Parklife in Manchester, prepped and primed to enjoy the best that dance music has to offer. 

This year there's some pretty big names on the lineup for the northern festival, including Doja Cat, Disclosure, and throwback faves the Sugababes. But that's not all, the likes of Becky Hill, Kaytranada, Peggy Gou, Nia Archives, and loads more will also make an appearance this weekend. 

The best part is that it's not even forecast to rain (touch wood)! It's also one of those festivals where you can’t camp, meaning you actually get a good night’s sleep at the end of the day. All in all, it’s looking like it could be a pretty good time.

Here's everything you need to know to make the most of Parklife 2024.

When and where is Parklife?

Parklife festival is taking place this weekend on Saturday June 8 and Sunday June 9. It’ll be in Heaton Park, which is in northern Manchester. You can buy official transport to the grounds on the city’s website here for £11, which will allow you to get to and from the park using Manchester’s bee network and give you access to the Parklife shuttle.
