Paris 2024 has already been a pretty successful Olympic Games for Brits on two wheels. In the first week Team GB cyclists triumphed in the men’s cross-country mountain biking (with a gold for Tom Pidcock), women’s time trial (silver for Anna Henderson) and BMX freestyle (silver for Kieran Reilly).

This week another series of cycling tournaments is taking place at Paris 2024 – and, historically speaking, Team GB has thrived in these events. Over the years, track cycling has produced household names like Chris Hoy, Victoria Pendleton, Jason Kenny, Bradley Wiggins and Laura Kenny, to name a few.

And we’ve already picked up medals: on Monday (August 5), Emma Finucane, Sophie Capewell and Katy Marchant won gold in the women's team sprint with a world record, while Tuesday (August 6) saw Jack Carlin, Ed Lowe and Hamish Turnbull take silver in the men’s team sprint. In Wednesday’s (August 7) women’s team pursuit, Elinor Barker, Josie Knight, Anna Morris and Jessica Roberts took bronze, while on Thursday (August 8) Emma Finucane took bronze in the women’s keirin.

Team GB’s current roster of track cycling superstars set to race at the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines Velodrome includes Emma Finucane, Katy Marchant and Jack Carlin, and the finals stretch from Monday (August 5) to Sunday (August 11). Here’s everything you need to know about watching Team GB at the final few days of track cycling in Paris.
