When ‘Bridgerton’ calls, the owners of Britain’s grandest piles answer it. And the answer tends to be: ‘Sure, we can move out for a bit. When do you need it?’

That was the case for multiple country houses across England for season 3 of Shonda Rhimes’ Netflix smash hit, from Kingston Bagpuize House in Oxfordshire to Grimsthorpe Castle in Lincolnshire.

And another key location, Oxfordshire’s Blenheim Palace, is consolidating its place in the show’s lore by launching a ‘Bridgerton’ walking tour this summer.

The attraction launches in July and will feature Blenheim locations from spinoff series ‘Queen Charlotte’, as well as season 3 of ‘Bridgerton’ proper.

On the itinerary are the Great Court, a regular drop-off spot for ‘Queen Charlotte’s fancy carriages, and the Water Terraces, which popped up in the show’s final ball sequence.

Visitors will also be ushered through Blenheim’s beyond-opulent State Rooms, including the Long Library which pops up twice in the new series of ‘Bridgerton’ (look out for it in episode 7), and the Saloon, where Queen Charlotte and Lady Danbury play chess and joust over the likely identity of Lady Whistledown.

The tour organisers are promising to fill your Insta feed within wisteria and Regency backdrops via regular photo opportunities along the way.

And hardcore ‘Bridgerton’ aficionados will want to enter the social media competition that’s been launched to plug the tour. The winner (plus friend) will get a horse and carriage tour of the estate, tea for two in the Great Hall served by a butler, and a goodie bag ‘fit for royalty’.

Head to the official Blenheim site for competition info and to book tickets for the ‘Bridgerton’ walking tour itself.
