Lidl is launching a new Christmas cola truck to tour the UK and give out presents: full list of locations it will visit

You’ve all heard of the Coca-Cola truck, but what about the Lidl cola truck? We’ll admit, it doesn’t quite have the same ring to it, but we’ll hold judgement until we see it for ourselves.

Lidl has announced a Christmas cola truck that will embarking on a tour around the UK from November 14 to December 1, stopping at nine different locations across the country. 

Named after Freeway, Lidl’s own brand cola, the five-tonne, 20-metre-long truck will bring a pop-up winter wonderland to each town it visits. The truck will be handing out presents will with Middle Aisle items at every stop, with 2,000 boxes already wrapped up and ready to go. One in 10 boxes will also contain the prize of a £100 Lidl shop.  

Visitors will also be able to submit ‘wishes’ for their family Christmas, which for some lucky people will come true.
