Summer 2024 isn’t over yet, but we wouldn’t blame you for already thinking about next year’s holiday. This UK summer has hardly been one for the books. And if you’re based in northwest England, next summer you’ll have a bunch more sunny destinations to jet off to at affordable prices.

Budget airline and package holiday firm Jet2 has revealed three new services taking to the sky from Liverpool’s John Lennon Airport for summer 2025. The carrier will start running flights next spring direct from John Lennon Airport to Malta and two Spanish hotspots, Málaga and Reus.

The new routes take Jet2’s total number of destinations from Liverpool up to 23. Current destinations include Corfu, Prague and Ibiza, with Alicante the only destination available on mainland Spain. Jet2 only started offering services from John Lennon in spring of this year

These three aren’t the only routes Jet2 has announced recently. The company also has a bunch of new routes running from Birmingham and now runs lots of services between the UK and Norway

Did you see? This UK airline is officially one of the world’s best low-cost carriers.

Plus: These are the UK's quietest airports.
