If you see the name Jane Seymour and think ‘isn’t she the one who died?’, you’re probably thinking of the wrong person, and the wrong century. Jane Seymour (the award winning actress and former Bond girl, not the wife of King Henry VIII) used to own a manor abode that is currently on the market and situated just outside Bath – and it’s quite impressive, to say the least.

The mansion, which is four centuries old, was bought by the actress in the ’80s, before selling it in 2007. It played host to musical legends like Radiohead, The Cure and New Order at one point or another, with all three bands recording parts of albums in the home.

And now it’s back on the market for only £12.5 million. For that, you’ll get 11 bedrooms, seven bathrooms, 14 acres of land, an extra onsite cottage, and a huge Grade II-listed garden complete with a gorgeous conservatory and pergola.

The house is annoyingly beautiful. Every room looks like it’s jumped out of the pages of a Jane Austen novel. But enough talking, here’s what could be yours if you somehow manage to find a cool £12 million between the sofa cushions.
