Don’t lie. You’ve been tempted to enter the Omaze prize draw, even just for a split second. Who can resist that promise of a multi-million pound house in one of the most gorgeous parts of the country and the added wad of cash to help you settle in?

Now, Omaze has launched its biggest house draw to date. One jammy individual will win the keys to a £6 million coastal home in Norfolk. The three-bed house up for grabs comes with a wrap-around balcony, a heated outdoor swimming pool and its own full-sized astroturf tennis court.

It’s been built in the style of the kind of bougie houses you find in Cape Cod and the Hamptons in the U.S and gives off big ‘Real Housewives’ energy.

There’s a large main bedroom with an ensuite and not one but two dressing rooms, panoramic views over the north Norfolk coast and a separate summer house. Close by, you’ll find the village of Blakeney and Holt market town.

There’s no stamp duty, mortgage or conveyancing fees to pay. All the furnishings are included and the prize also comes with £250,000 in cash to do with what you will.

James Oakes, president of Omaze, said: ‘The eventual winner is free to decide what they want to do with the house. They can move in and not have to worry about any immediate costs, thanks to the £250,000 settling in money; they can rent it out, for additional income; or they can sell up and cash in to become a multimillionaire – the choice is entirely theirs!’

And if you’re not the lucky winner, at least your money goes to charity. This prize draw is raising funds for Comic Relief. So, what have you got to lose? You can be in with a chance over on the Omaze website.

You can purchase anything from 15 entries for £10 to 320 entries for £150. The draw closes on February 23 for online entries and February 25 for postal entries.
