How to get Reading and Leeds 2025 tickets and when they might go on sale

Got Reading or Leeds in your sights for next summer? Here’s everything you need to know about when tickets will go on sale

Looked on enviously at this year’s Reading and Leeds festivals and wish you were there? We get you. R+L is one of the UK’s biggest and best music festivals, each year drawing massive crowds with a dependably star-studded lineup. This year’s edition featured six massive headliners, all of which are among the planet’s most famous musicians.

Whoever headlines Reading and Leeds 2025, it’ll be big. Eminem is strongly rumoured to be one of the six, as well as Kasabian and Olivia Rodrigo – and it’s never too early to start thinking about how to make sure you get down to Bramham Park or Little John’s Farm.

Whether you’ve loved the two festivals’ packed music schedules in person this year or been watching from home, here’s what we know so far about getting tickets for Reading and Leeds 2025.

When will Reading and Leeds 2025 festival tickets go on sale?

The exact date that next year’s Reading and Leeds tickets will go on sale hasn’t yet been confirmed.

Tickets for both festivals tend to go on sale in late autumn – last year, general sale took place on November 30.

However, sometimes there are early access sales for both festivals. For Reading and Leeds 2024, customers of Barclaycard and Three could get early access – we’ll update this page when we know more about anything like that. 

How to register

You don’t usually need to register in advance for Reading and Leeds. However, nearer to the time tickets are released you may be able to sign up for notifications letting you know exactly when tickets go on sale.

How much will tickets cost?

Ticket prices for next year’s fest haven’t yet been confirmed. To give you an idea of pricing, this is how much R+L tickets cost for the 2024 edition:

  • Standard weekend tickets (with camping included): £291.50
  • Early entry tickets: £327.25
  • Day tickets: ranging from £125 to £195

How many people go to Reading and Leeds?

When they properly sell out, Reading and Leeds each pull in around 100,000 festivalgoers.

2025 dates

Reading and Leeds takes place on the August Bank Holiday every year. In 2025, the festivals are expected to take place on August 20-24.
