It’s a good time for fans of Queen Bey: the singer has just blessed us with the news she’ll be touring for her Renaissance album which came out earlier this year.
During the Wearable Art Gala – an auction event put on by the WACO theatre in Los Angeles – Beyoncé revealed there would be a tour next year by donating VIP tickets to any concert date, including a backstage tour with Queen Bey’s mum Miss Tina.
One lucky bidder won the exclusive package which included the chance to see the iconic superstar perform anywhere in the world. The deal also came with first-class flights and accommodation.
The listing read: ‘Celebrating her seventh studio album, Beyoncé has announced that she will be taking “Renaissance” on tour and we are offering an exclusive two tickets to see her live from anywhere around the world, courtesy of United Airlines and their Polaris package.’
And clearly there were some big Bey stans present, as the package was lapped up by one lucky (and loaded) attendee. It’s thought they paid $50,000 (£44,000) on the night to get their hands on the tickets.
Beyoncé’s last shows were part of the On The Run II tour in 2018 with husband Jay-Z. The news comes after Taylor Swift also hinted she’d be doing a tour following the release of her new album Midnights.
