Whatever you think of birthdays – miserable reminders of our mortality or a great excuse to be the centre of attention – there’s always room for a pint. So, unlimited pints completely free of charge sounds like a pretty great birthday gift, right?
Well, that’s exactly what brewery and pub chain BrewDog is offering across all its UK venues. There are a couple of snags, though.
You have to book a table in advance and, more importantly, convince at least three friends to join you and pay full price for their beers, while you get yours on the house. You only get your free bev if you order your whole party a round.
The offer applies to any Brewdog beers on draft, the chain’s Wonderland cocktails, or BrewDog Distilling spirit and mixers. Obviously, you’ll also need your ID to prove your date of birth.
Lauren Carrol, chief marketing officer at BrewDog said: ‘We know many Brits are stuck for things to do on their birthdays, but one thing we can all agree on is that a birthday pint is a necessity. We wanted to launch a birthday bar offer with a bang - and what's better than free drinks?’
