The long-term SIM card plan offers unlimited data, free incoming voice calls and texting with a Japanese phone number, provided by Softbank. Unlike Japanese data plans, which require a domestic bank account, you can purchase the SIM card online and pay the subsequent bills at the convenience store or through your home country’s credit card.
