Ready, set, game! Tokyo’s very first e-sports festival arrives in the new year filled with multiplayer video game tournaments. The event is completely free to watch and compete in, but registration for the competitions must be submitted beforehand or on the day, depending on the game. You can look forward to Taiko no Tatsuji, Puzzle & Dragons and Monster Strike, and all participants are awarded with novelty prizes. Pokemon Go has also announced its biggest tournament yet – and it will also have rare Pokemon appearing at the venue for all trainers to catch.
