This place is a combination of riverside clubhouse-restaurant and a cruise ship named the Lady Crystal, which, unsurprisingly, means their main selling point is being able to enjoy a fancy dinner while gazing across Tokyo Bay towards Odaiba, the Rainbow Bridge or the Gate Bridge. There's also the option to combine a clubhouse dinner with a 45-minute cruise afterwards.
