Musashikosugi in Kawasaki is the site for this year’s Tahiti Festa. Across two venues – the plaza in front of Musashikosugi Station and the Grand Tree Musashikosugi shopping mall – you can shop for traditional accessories, interior goods and fashion, learn about Tahitian culture, and sip on Tahitian beer and pineapple juice.
The highlight, however, is the lineup of Tahitian dance performances. You can watch over 700 dancers from more than 40 teams taking the stage at the three-day festival. And the best is, entry is free.
The event takes place from 10am to 8pm on all three days.
