Up until Friday November 30, you'll have the chance to sample the best of Singaporean food at the Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel's Caramelo restaurant. Throughout the year, the hotel is popular for its series of local and international food fairs, collaborating with domestic suppliers as well as some of the world's leading hotels.
This time around, the restaurant is serving nine classic dishes from Singapore, all prepared by Howard Leong, star chef at the island nation's Pan Pacific Hotel. Look forward to Hainanese Chicken Rice (¥2,300), Nonya Laksa (¥2,500) and the colourful Rojak Tropical Fruit Salad (¥1,600). To finish, get the fluffy 'Pandan Chiffon Cake' (¥1,500) for dessert.
That’s not all; round off your visit with one of the two Singapore-inspired cocktails (¥2,257) at the hotel's Bellovisto bar on the 40th floor, as you take in Tokyo's sparkling night scenery.
