Shinagawa Season Terrace Illumination

Currently in its fourth year, the magnificent blue illuminations at Shinagawa Season Terrace, which are set against Tokyo's city nightscape, sees a new addition this year. The large staircase connecting the first and second floor is all decked out with lights that flicker in ten different patterns. For the best photo spot, head up the small hill at the back of the open lawn and look out over a sea of blue lights.
