Shibuya Renaissance

The central Shibuya Bunkamura street that connects 109 and the Tokyu department store will come alive with art and music for two and a half hours in the afternoon on Sunday, June 3. The programme line-up includes ‘Daidengaku’, a revived form of a traditional dance and instrumental performance called ‘Dengaku’, as well as several other classical stage plays. One of the highlights is a show by the internationally renowned wadaiko drum band ‘Gocoo’. Stop your shopping for a couple of hours and bask in the artsy atmosphere.
