Roppongi Halloween Jumbo Parade

Already something of a Roppongi tradition, the area's Halloween march may be happening a week early but always manages to attract a healthy turnout of costumed revellers. This year's parade is supposed to be bigger than ever and will unfold to the tunes of DJs Kaori and Mitomi Tokoto, with the spookily dressed participants including professional dancers and yuru-kyara mascots – you'll need a ticket to join them, but even just standing by and watching should make for rather excellent entertainment.
