This summer, 2,000 chubby yellow Pokémon will take over Yokohama’s streets for the sixth annual Pikachu Outbreak festival. This year's outdoor performances will take place mostly during the evenings and Pokémaniacs can look forward to shows with the latest in digital effects. The highlight will be the large-scale Pikachu and Eevee parade, and fans of the popular smartphone game Pokémon Go can also expect special events including a new Pokémon adventure surrounded by Yokohama’s picturesque scenery.
