The Mikkeller Beer Celebration is back with another weekend of craft beer tasting. Twenty of the world's top and most popular breweries from North America, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand are gathered here to provide a whopping 160 varieties of beer including IPAs, pilsners, sours, and everything in-between.
This year, the beer fest is held at the Danish Embassy Hall Pavilion in Daikanyama. The tasting does not come cheap, though. Entry for one person is ¥12,500, but it includes an all-you-can-drink session with all the participating brewers.
Tickets are colour-coded to indicate time slots: red (Sat 11am-2.30pm), green (Sat 4pm-7.30pm), blue (Sun 11am-2.30pm) and yellow (Sun 4pm-7.30pm). The entry fee also includes an exclusive festival beer glass which you can take home with you.
