Kichijoji Halloween Festa 2014

Families with small children are certainly underrepresented among Tokyo's Halloween revellers, making this three-day festival more that just a local celebration. Everyone from toddlers to ten-year-olds (and their parents) are welcome to participate in the costume parade on October 29, but you need to buy an advance ticket online before the event. The same rule applies for the 'candy rally', where participating stores treat young 'uns to sweets when prompted with the above-mentioned ticket.
