Spring in Japan means an abundance of gorgeous flowers. While we all wait for the cherry blossoms to appear, there are some other flowers budding at Tokyo’s Kasai Rinkai Park. The park is home to Tokyo’s largest daffodil flower bed and you’ll find 200,000 daffodils illuminated by solar-powered lights in the evenings.
In conjunction with the light up, the Kasai Rinkai Park Narcissus Festival will be taking place from February 11-12. During this event there’ll be live music performances, flower arranging classes and other activities at the park.
