Kasai Rinkai Park First Sunrise

The spacious Kasai Rinkai Park at the eastern edge of the city is one of the less heavily advertised places to catch the first rays of the new year. Head down to the beach and watch the sun emerge from Tokyo Bay and rise over Disneyland's Cinderella Castle, or take a ride on the park's Ferris wheel for an even more spectacular view.
