This sake-cheese seminar started as a series of sake events in Paris last year with Le Cordon Bleu Paris’s participation at the 5th Sake Fair in France. This unique event is now coming to Tokyo as Le Cordon Bleu aims to build a cultural bridge between these two renowned food cities.
