40 food trucks selling gourmet burgers and fries from across Japan are gathered at Odaiba’s Aomi Event Zone N and O for the third annual Hamburger Festival. While held only for one day on Sunday December 8, the event is a chance to try out a wide variety of burgers and find your favourite meat-filled sandwich.
Try out Grill & Dining Yoga Club's Naked Burger (¥1,400) made with 100 percent wagyu beef. If fish is more your thing, try the Japanese-style Tuna Steak Burger (¥1,000) by Northern Fishing Grounds, a savoury sandwich developed by the food truck owner who served as a sushi chef for over 20 years. Believer in Burger also serves their signature Scorched Soy Sauce Mushroom Burger (¥1,200), where the patty is pressed onto the griddle and grilled to create a unique crunchy texture.
