Located in Shinjuku's Lumine Est on the eighth floor, omelette specialist Egg & Spuma teams up with Japan’s most famous girl-cat Hello Kitty, to celebrate the character's 45th birthday. On until the end of March, both young and old Hello Kitty fans can enjoy an adorably designed menu featuring fluffy soufflé pancakes with apples and custard (¥1,450), a fruity curry (¥1,300), an avocado burger (¥1,600) and more Kitty-inspired creations. For the perfect Insta-worthy photo, go for the Hello Kitty anniversary party set which comes with tiny roll cake towers, apple pies, and Egg & Spuma’s signature tuna and mayonnaise soufflé pancakes (¥4,300; two soft drinks included).
