Beloved Aussie brunch spot Bills is celebrating 15 years of serving their famous hotcakes in Japan with a special strawberry-filled menu this spring from February 1 to March 31. Their outpost inside the iconic Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse will be serving three strawberry-themed items just in time for Japan’s strawberry season.
The anniversary specials include a dreamy strawberry and yoghurt panna cotta served with fresh berries, a sophisticated strawberry bellini spiked with fresh rhubarb purée, and for those skipping the booze, a refreshing strawberry and basil soda to celebrate the occasion.
