Amazake Yokocho Sakura Matsuri

Visit Ningyocho’s Amazake Yokocho to sip on a warm cup of amazake (a sweet fermented rice drink) while admiring the various types of cherry blossoms. The first 2,500 people to attend will receive a free cup of amazake plus a raffle ticket to win local goodies and snacks. We recommend hitting the nearby shopping arcade while you’re in the area to stock up on Japanese sweets, liquor and souvenirs from longstanding mom-and-pop shops.
