Time Out says

This plant-based patty brand from the Netherlands has opened its first eatery in Japan in the neighbourhood of Ikebukuro. The Vegetarian Butcher serves purely meatless dishes that taste just like the real deal. Offering mainly burgers, customers have the option to pick between the Holy Cow (mock beef), Chickened Out (mock chicken) or more than ten varieties of fish patties. Burgers come with a drink and a side of fries, which can be swapped out for healthier options like broccoli or carrots. There are plant-based chicken nuggets, sausages and meatballs available for vegans looking to pig out on some plant-based junk food.

Just like any other butcher, you can also purchase these ‘meats’ by the gram at the store or online.
